Wake & Make Coffee Campaign

  • The Upwork community is made of millions of entrepreneurs and talent, fueled by creativity, hard work, late nights, and well — coffee. So when International Coffee Day came around, Upwork had to celebrate in a way that only they could.

  • We partnered with five illustrators and a hand letterer from the platform, plus an independent roaster that shares Upwork's values, to create a signature coffee line featuring original artwork from talent around the globe. Each bag let you scan the packaging and hire the artist who illustrated it — directly on Upwork.

  • Social engagement jumped 400% over comparable campaigns. Clients generated over $100K in new business leads within weeks. And the talent saw immediate results — more visibility, more inbound, new projects landed.
