The Idea

We took a break from the glowing screen and brought Upwork’s global community right to the doors of our biggest enterprise clients, for a one-of-a-kind experience that would leave them thirsty for more.

Over cold ones from Athletic Brewing Co., clients got up close with the platform's best: award winners, high performers, and top earners from around the world. Getting to know them? More fun than a game of beer pong.

The first talent flight of it’s kind.

This delicious “sampling” included a joyful unboxing experience, a retro viewfinder that gave clients a window into the work and worlds of top talent on our platform, a playful sticker book that featured original artwork from illustrators around the world, and a six-pack of brews from Athletic Brewing Co.

Clients get a window in to who prospects are frame by frame — as professionals and as people.

The Artist Book

A feature of 15 highly sought after illustrators with taste, range, and unique expertise — all available to hire right from the QR code.

Clients get to know talent, their work, and their unique POV.


Each spread features an artist’s story, plus a custom sticker set with illustrations inspired by their experience of remote work.

And just to drive home the point, we made it 5 o’clock everywhere.
